1. The short version

Firelent does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.Not for money, not for “other valuable consideration”, not through advertising pixels quietly matching you across the web. This page exists because several US state privacy laws — California’s CCPA/CPRA among them — require a standing place where you can act on that right; here is ours, together with what we actually do.

2. What we do instead

• We share personal data only with the service providers that run Firelent — hosting, payments, AI generation, email — under contracts that forbid them from using it for their own purposes. The full list is in section 6 of our privacy policy.
• We set no third-party advertising cookies and send no identifiers to ad platforms.
• The analytics on sites our customers publish are first-party and cookieless, processed for the site owner — never used to build advertising profiles.

3. Global Privacy Control

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for an opt-out to switch off today. We nevertheless treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out preference: if our practices ever changed, browsers broadcasting GPC would be opted out automatically, without any action on your part.

4. If this ever changes

If we ever introduce advertising that involves selling or sharing personal information as those laws define it, three things happen first: we update the privacy policy, this page becomes a working opt-out control, and — for users in the EU, UK and other consent-based jurisdictions — nothing is shared without asking you first. Changes of that weight fall under the 30-day notice rule in our general terms.

5. Your broader rights

Independent of selling and sharing, you can access, correct, delete and export your data, and object to processing — section 14 of the privacy policy explains each right and how we verify requests. Exercise any of them at privacy@firelent.com. We never treat you worse for doing so.
